Clima Gold has completed another industrial HVAC project by supplying 9 OPTIMA STANDARD air handling units (AHUs) complete with integrated control and automation systems. The delivered units provide a combined supply airflow exceeding 140,000 m³/h, ensuring efficient ventilation for a demanding industrial application.
Industrial facilities require HVAC systems capable of delivering high airflow rates, reliable operation and precise environmental control under continuous operating conditions. Each AHU was individually configured to meet the specific process and operational requirements of the project.

The scope of supply included 9 OPTIMA STANDARD equipped with:
- high-efficiency heat recovery systems,
- DX cooling coils,
- electric heaters,
- multi-stage air filtration,
- mixing sections,
- complete control and automation system with BMS integration capability.
The combined supply airflow exceeds 140,000 m³/h.

The integrated automation system enables continuous performance monitoring, precise control of operating parameters and seamless integration with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Project Highlight
The NW1 and NW2 ventilation systems are equipped with gas-fired heaters, each featuring four burners with a heating capacity of 340 kW per AHU, providing reliable heating performance for demanding industrial processes.
