In cooperation with Sentima Plus Sp. z o.o., Clima Gold supplied an OPTIMA KRYSZTAŁ hygienic air handling unit (AHU) for the Regional Integrated Hospital in Białystok, Poland. The unit was specifically designed to serve the hospital’s angiography suite, where maintaining stable indoor environmental conditions is essential for the reliable operation of diagnostic imaging equipment and the safety of medical procedures.

Applied Air Handling Unit
The project included the delivery of an OPTIMA KRYSZTAŁ hygienic AHU with the following operating parameters:
- Supply airflow: 3,300 m³/h
- Extract airflow: 3,110 m³/h
The unit performs the following functions:
- heat recovery,
- air heating,
- cooling,
- humidification,
- dehumidification.
The AHU was equipped with:
- EC fan sections with high-efficiency EC fans,
- air filtration consisting of F7 pre-filters (supply air), M5 filters (extract air) and an F9 secondary supply air filter,
- run-around coil heat recovery system complete with all hydraulic accessories,
- DX cooling coil,
- hot water heating coil,
- steam humidification section with an electric steam generator,
- complete factory-installed control and automation system with wiring,
- Clima Visa remote monitoring system.

Angiography suites require precise control of indoor temperature and humidity throughout the year to ensure optimal operating conditions for sensitive diagnostic imaging equipment. Stable environmental parameters are equally important for patient safety and the comfort of medical personnel.
The installed OPTIMA KRYSZTAŁ hygienic air handling unit provides continuous air quality control, high-efficiency filtration and automatic adjustment of operating parameters according to current environmental conditions.

The supplied solution incorporates Clima Visa, Clima Gold’s proprietary remote monitoring and management platform for air handling units.
The system enables:
