The year 2025 is a special one for us as we celebrate our 18th anniversary. It is a moment that encourages us to look back and see how far we have come since the company was founded in 2007. Over the years, we have evolved, grown, and set ourselves increasingly ambitious goals — always relying on the people who make up Clima Gold.
The company was born from the passion of a few individuals. Despite limited facilities and resources, commitment and vision made it possible to grow. Today, Clima Gold employs nearly 130 people, cooperates with 20 sales representatives across all regions of Poland and abroad, and continues to expand its presence in European markets. We are proud of this journey — from a small team to a strong brand in the HVAC industry.
The anniversary was also a great opportunity to organize a company picnic for our employees and their families. It was a day full of joy, celebration, and attractions. There was something for everyone: a children’s entertainment zone, competitions, barbecue, shared fun, and the evening concluded with a concert by the band Golden Life.
This event was not only a celebration of 18 years of activity, but also a reflection of the values that have been with us from the very beginning — community, partnership, and commitment.
